The Pulse at Dubai South is an off plan project located in the residential district, and is scheduled to be completed by December 2018. It offers 236 townhouses. It will be followed by another project, The Pulse Boulevard Apartments which includes 152 apartments. There will be 60 apartments to be known as The Pulse Residence. All these are Dubai South off plan projects and are estimated to be completed by June 2019.
